Attendance is a simple event with a demanding operational context: identities must be recognised accurately, records captured reliably, and administrators given clear reporting. We built a facial-recognition attendance system connecting identity verification to an end-to-end attendance workflow.

What needed solving
Manual registers and card-based processes introduce queues, administrative effort, proxy attendance, misplaced credentials and delayed reporting.
The requirement was a more direct experience, in which a person's face becomes the identity input while software handles attendance capture and record management.

The solution
A facial-recognition attendance platform that uses visual identity verification to record and manage attendance. The user journey is deliberately short:
An authorised individual is enrolled.
The camera captures a live visual input.
The recognition layer compares it with approved identity records.
A valid attendance event is recorded.
Administrators review attendance information and exceptions.
