What happens next

3. 03A written recommendation: what to build first, what to defer, roughly what it takes, and whether we are the right people for it.

Before you write

You do not need a specification. The most useful first message describes the problem rather than the solution — what is slow, manual, unreliable or invisible today, and what it costs you.

If you already have a system in place, telling us what it is and where it falls short saves a round of questions. If you are weighing whether AI is the right tool at all, say so — we would rather tell you it is not than sell you something that will not hold up in production.
