InnoBimb Infotech Private Limited began in Bhopal in 2021 with a straightforward belief: technology creates value only when it understands the people and processes it is meant to serve.
Our story
Where the name comes from
That belief still shapes how we work. Before recommending a platform, model, framework or architecture, we learn how the organisation operates — its ambitions, constraints, users, culture, systems and definition of success. We then bring together strategy, design, engineering, AI and long-term support to turn that context into dependable technology.
“InnoBimb” brings together innovation and pratibimb — reflection. For us it represents the ability to see a better possibility within a challenge and engineer it into reality. Every ambitious organisation has a better future in mind; our job is to make that future visible, buildable and real.

InnoBimb Infotech Private Limited was founded in Bhopal in 2021 by Gaurav Nema and Neetesh Kuchya. Together they lead a company built around a shared principle: understand the organisation deeply, choose technology purposefully, and stay accountable for how the solution performs in the real world.

Founder & CEO
Gaurav leads the business direction of InnoBimb Infotech — company strategy, client partnerships, commercial growth and long-term organisational development.
His role begins with understanding what a client is working toward, not only the software they have asked for. By connecting business priorities to a practical delivery path, he shapes engagements around value, trust and durable working relationships.

Neetesh Kuchya
Founder & CTO
Neetesh leads technology strategy, solution architecture, engineering and the AI-first innovation direction of InnoBimb Infotech.
His work focuses on translating complex operational requirements into systems that are clear, maintainable and ready for production — across AI, custom software, computer vision, connected systems and enterprise applications.
As CTO he also shapes how the company evaluates emerging technology: not by novelty, but by whether it improves a workflow, strengthens a decision, or creates a capability that did not previously exist.
